These terms apply when you use this website or join a workshop, class or programme run by Coach GSP Academy. By signing up or paying, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
What a workshop or programme includes, its dates, timings and fee are shown on its page or in your offer. We may change a date or time, or replace a trainer, when we have to. If we do, we will tell you by WhatsApp, email or phone, and our Refund Policy applies if you cannot attend the new date.
Fees are in Indian rupees. Where tax such as GST applies, it is shown or added as the law requires. Your seat is confirmed when your payment, or the first instalment of an agreed plan, is received.
Joining links and recordings are for the person who registered. Please do not share them, post them or sell them. Our teaching material, workbooks and recordings belong to us and may not be copied or used to teach others without our written permission.
Be respectful to the trainer and to other participants. We may remove someone who disrupts a class, without a refund, after a fair warning.
Our programmes are education and personal development. They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment, and they do not replace a doctor or therapist. If you are unwell or in distress, please see a qualified professional. Results differ from person to person, and we cannot promise a particular result.
A certificate is given when you have met the attendance and completion rules of that programme, as told to you when you joined.
We take care in what we teach and how we run the academy. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using what you learn, or from things outside our control such as an internet or Zoom failure.
