This website is run by Coach GSP Academy ("we", "us"). We teach NLP and coaching programmes, online and in person.

When you fill in a form, message us or join a programme, we keep what you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, and anything you write to us. If you join a programme we also keep your attendance, progress and fee records.
We also note which page, advert or link brought you here, so we know what is working. Our pages use the Facebook (Meta) pixel, which records that a page was opened, and your browser may keep small files (cookies) for it.
We do not ask for, and do not keep, your card or bank passwords.
To reply to you, to register you, to send class links, reminders and updates by WhatsApp, SMS, email or phone, to run our batches and issue certificates, to take payments and keep our accounts, and to understand and improve our advertising.
We send messages only about what you asked for or signed up to. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
Our own team, and the services we use to run the academy: for example WhatsApp and email providers, Zoom for live classes, payment providers, our website host, and Meta for measuring adverts. They may use your details only to do that job for us.
We do not sell your details. We share them with authorities only when the law requires it.
For as long as we need it for the reasons above, and for as long as the law asks us to keep accounts and records. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can take back your consent at any time. This is your right under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
